By downloading, installing, or using the ThatHouse mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

ThatHouse provides a mobile platform for browsing real estate listings with a swipe-based interface. The App allows users to:

• Save favorite properties
• Set search preferences
• View property details and images

Accuracy

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings
• Users should verify information independently

No Warranty

• Listings are provided "as is"
• We are not responsible for errors or omissions
• We do not endorse any particular property or seller

• The App and its content are owned by ThatHouse
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• User-generated content remains the property of the user
• By using the App, you grant us license to display your content

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

No Professional Advice

The App does not provide:

• Real estate advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Investment advice

Third-Party Content

• We are not responsible for third-party content
• Links to external sites are provided for convenience only
• We do not endorse third-party properties or services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed $100
• We are not liable for property transactions conducted outside the App

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThatHouse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

• We may terminate or suspend your account at any time
• You may delete your account at any time
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
